Our friends Adam and Sara got married in Whitstable, Kent, on the afternoon of 31 May 2008. The wedding ceremony was really nice, at the lovely little St John the Baptist Church. It was followed by an extremely good fun reception at Whitstable Castle. Fortunately, the sun came out to play for the day, after what had been a very wet week, and we even enjoyed some time on Whitstable 'beach' on the Saturday morning. On the Sunday, nursing some pretty sore heads, we paid another visit to the school at which I had spent my gap year in 1995, Northbourne Park School, including catching up with my old friends, Lyn, Sue and Peter.
