Weekend in Suffolk - November 2007 (by Adam)

Friday, 23 November 2007 - Sunday, 25 November 2007

We had a great weekend in Suffolk, with Cat's parents, Doug and Helen.

We stayed in a wonderful old pub called "The White Hart Inn" (http://www.whitehart-nayland.co.uk/), which dates back to the 15th century, in the lovely little village of Nayland.

We had dinner in at The White Hart Inn on both the Friday and Saturday nights, and on both occasions, the food, wine and service were fantastic.

We spent Saturday and Sunday driving around the Suffolk and Essex countryside, countryside made famous by the painter, John Constable. Our favourite villages were Lavenham in Suffolk and Dedham in Essex.

A great weekend in the country...
